AMTISOA is a collaborative art book made by Leonardo Scotti and Francesco Igory Deiana.
Text contributions from Tyler Berrier and Francesca Flora. 80 photographs, 6 Drawings and 4 texts. Designed by Daniel Sansavini.
Traveling on an RV with photo gear and sculptures-as-props, Scotti and Deiana track their journeys through the US East Coast wilderness creating monumental and inexplicable tableaus. The result of which is this collection of text and image. On their search, Deiana and Scotti mine the depths of their friendship for inspiration. They use their respective strengths and connection to one another as material, establishing a body of work that is the singular creation of their synchronized minds and a representation of the friendship that extends beyond this collaboration. AMTISOA is a book born out of the need, in this forcibly rational reality, to do something without knowing why and to explore new expressive patterns through it. -Publisher
