Deep Orange was created as a Fundraising Edition in support of the 2016 LA Art Book Fair. The large format giclée and silkscreen print, with spot varnish, depicts a vibrant, high-gloss color field enclosed by 4 inward facing images of stalactites which border the print. Produced in an edition of 20, each print has been signed by the artist. The stalactites, tapering structures, often found hanging in the roof of a cave from calcium salts deposited in dripping water, encroach on the brightly colored field of color in the center of the work.
